Black Olive Tapenade A rich blend of olives, capers, olive oil. Served with bread.
Dauphinois Croquettes Potato mixed with cabbage paste, gruyère and emmental cheese.
Smoked Salmon Toasts Salmon, bread, cream cheese.
Moo Ping Thai pork skewers marinated in pepper moo ping sauce.
